RETURN POLICY

Spero Mountain Coffee will unconditionally guarantee any coffee, tea or cocoa product sold through our internet store for 30 days from the receipt of your shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just return the unused portion and we will issue a credit to your credit card for product cost and taxes (if any), excluding shipping costs.

To return gift or equipment purchases due to manufacturing defects, contact Spero Mountain Coffee at custsvc@sperocoffee.com or call (303) 321-8249 or toll free (866) SPEROMT [866-773-7668]. Spero will arrange return shipping and will issue a credit for your original purchase price including taxes and shipping. For gift and equipment items returned for reasons other than manufacturing defect, Spero Mountain Coffee will refund the purchase price including taxes but exclusive of shipping for 30 days from receipt of shipment. Simply return the item to Spero with an explanation as to the reason for the return and Spero will issue a credit to your credit card upon receipt of the merchandise.

Please Note: Credit card companies require varying times to process credits. Please allow one to two billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement. Spero Mountain Coffee cannot guarantee a return credit for items that are not returned according to our Return Policy.

Spero Mountain Coffee shares your concern for privacy. We want to assure you that Spero will treat your personal information with the highest standards of safety, security and confidentiality. Occasionally, Spero will communicate with you on behalf of your chosen Benefactor Organization. This is a service provided by Spero to your Benefactor Organization as a means to better communicate with their supporters. You may elect not to receive any communication (generally through email) other than order confirmation and acknowledgement by checking the appropriate box upon checking out from the online store. Additionally, you may send a request to remove your name from future correspondence (other than order confirmation and acknowledgement) by emailing Spero at: custsvc@sperocoffee.com.
