Eligibility Criteria:

Please include with your application evidence of eligibility for fundraising program by submitting a copy of one of the following:

1. Tax exempt status as determined by the IRS 501 ( c ) Letter of Determination
   
   
2. Tax exempt certificate
   
   
3. Other evidence showing organization's status and describing a qualifying purpose (example: statement on school, sports team or club letterhead stating purpose of fundraising activity; i.e.: funding travel expenses, defraying uniform costs, purchasing computers, etc.)
